It’s kind of crazy that he managed to be so jacked in Good RIP Black Panther’s Chadwick Boseman Shirt so many superhero movies while having cancer, it must have been crazy difficult to maintain that physique. To be fair, the movie started filming a full year before it’s the release date, so it’s quite possible that he bulked up prior to shooting, and lost the weight overtime after he no longer needed to keep up the physique. Saw someone in the marvel thread make a good point how the studio possibly did know and it would explain the delay for the Black Panther sequel. Who knows though.

I could see them go either way honestly. On the one hand, it would be fitting and I’d love to see Shuri with the mantle, but on the other hand, having to explain that T’Challa also died will be pretty painful for many young fans. Shit. They managed with Good RIP Black Panther’s Chadwick Boseman Shirt Leia. I hope they don’t recast him. We’re all fine with Shuri as Black Panther, I swear. If they don’t recast T’chala, they can’t bring in Storm as his wife. I really thought that was the reason for the delay (to work out the rights etc.) but I guess not.
