Hey, not OP. But want to share my Harry Potter Characters On Snowflakes Shirt as it might help. I started fasting last month and to my surprise, I have adjusted to it quite fast. Decades of bad eating habits and I changed it in a few week’s time. What I did was jump straight into 16:8 fasting when I first stumbled on various subreddits about fasting. After about 2 days 16:8, adjusted it to 18:6 and so on until I got to 23:1 which is basically OMAD. 1-week transition to OMAD from eating whenever I want. Got hunger pangs here and there which I just ignored and just drank water to fight it. I then decided to do serious water fasting for 5 days. Those 5 days were super hard in all honesty. I then continued with OMAD with a 1 or 2 days/s fast every middle of the week.

All in all, I am now 170 Harry Potter Characters On Snowflakes Shirt from 190 and I have killed all snacking. Habits which were the one killing me and putting on weight. The struggles were worth it and as some might have said, it feels like a cheat code. Good luck! I have only done one 3 days fast and that was my longest. My experience is close to that of the other poster with my mental clarity feeling sharper than usual between hours 24 and 64. One drawback was being unable to sleep as much but my mental alertness didn’t suffer near as much as it does when I don’t get enough sleep after a fasting day. I just started adding extended fasts into my routine and I have more clarity, less brain fog, more energy, etc. during my fasts, especially between the 24 and 55-hour mark. I own and operate a substantial business and fasting has actually made it better/easier to concentrate.

Another point of view here, I also need to Harry Potter Characters On Snowflakes Shirt a lot for my job. I know that personally between the 20~ish hour and the 40~ish hour I feel that concentrating is a bit harder, not necessarily to the point of making mistakes (or more mistakes than I usually do) but still, I’m mindful of it. From my understanding, pure black coffee is fine because it does stuff to your body that promotes fasting. but then again there are others who say you must ONLY consume drinks with 0 calories like water or green tea only during fasting periods. I think black coffee has like 4 calories or something.
