It was a good season with a lot of Hot My Body Is 70% Coffee Shirt of room for improvement. Loved the designs of the gods, as well as the main mortal crew once they don their gear for the final battle. The music was great. The story was okay. If it didn’t have the Greek hook, not sure I would have been as interested. But I will probably tune in for a second season if they end up making one! Did anyone else feel like the eldritch designs of the giants and the demons didn’t really mesh well with the rest of the aesthetic? It felt jarring at times seeing the attempt to mesh the look of the bad guys + this Greet world and society.

A better case needed to be made for Hot My Body Is 70% Coffee Shirts. All the gods joining and staying with Hera. It started off strong with them being opposed to Zeus as a hypocrite, but I would’ve expected more than just Poseidon to be against… I dunno, resurrecting the Big Great Evil Giants they fought a whole war against? in the labyrinth asks Heron, “aren’t you tired of serving the gods? let’s take them down” and then after Heron escapes proceeds to continue serving Hera. At that point, what motivation does he have to serve her? He already killed his uncle Hera had nothing to offer that he knew of. I had no sympathy, and this inconsistent character arc didn’t help
