I’m all about that tea life. Coffee makes my TMJ act up worse than Adderall, jaw clenching, headache and it just makes me feel sick really. I’ve been off meds for about 6 years while pregnant and nursing and now back on for a month and haven’t noticed that spike with med/caffeine mix.
