We had a changing pad, and I’d always look for an out-of-the-way place. If nothing else is available, maybe go outside .. find some grass or put your changing pad on the restroom floor? Honestly, I don’t think this is any worse than putting your feet up with shoes on and I’m sure OP would have ignored him if he wasn’t barefoot.

No. Do I want to publicly shame him for it? No, that makes me the asshole. I go in sandals everywhere when I can and I take them off as much as possible. This doesn’t bother me because I think people’s hands are way grosser considering the number of people ive witnessed who don’t wash their hands. I mean tbh human hands are probably a lot dirtier than human feet. If it was just his hands on the table no one would mind.
