It took me a couple of tries to get the correct size. These Wrangler cowboy shirts are really nice, but the sizes seem to vary greatly depending on the color you choose. I purchased the (dark) blue and went a FULL size larger than my normal shirt size. Also one inch longer in the sleeve. It shrunk immediately to a good fit. I hope it does not continue to shrink. FYI these shirts are generally slim to medium fit. Definitely not for portly guys.

These shirts are great but after a few washes the sleeves shrink. It is hard to figure out what size to buy. my husband has worn these as work shirts for years and have always had the sleeve problem.

Fit like he likes them to..6’1″..210#. Wish could get them in more colors..I.e.
Burgundy, dark green, white, brown .. hard to find 100% cotton in sizes with long tails and 37″ SLEEVES . .

Wrangler sizing is a bit of a crap shoot. My shirt size is 17 1/2 x 35. 35 in a Wrangler is short while a 36 is a bit long. While usually OK neck sizing is all over the board over even with the same shirt style. Over the years i have returned shirts that the top button could not be buttoned

This is an ultra-tapered shirt. It fits me like a glove, and I mean that in a negative way, to an extent. The sleeves hug my musculature to the point where bending my arms at the elbows pinches my skin until the shirt gives a bit. If you wear a watch, good luck prying it out of the skin-tight cuffs. You might consider strapping it on over the cuff, and risking a fashion faux pas. Never wash this shirt in hot water. I stick to cold, and line dry it. I do get lots of compliments on it, because I’m in excellent physical shape and this shirt really shows that off. Consider buying the next size up if you want the most comfort.

I have been wearing this size and brand for at least 50 years and I think they are superb. They are slightly large but though the years will shrink a bit. Wrangler shirts are hard to find in real person sizes as the trend now is just small, reg. and large. I cant picture a welder wearing any other make of shirt. They ae not stiff. Most weldors will have extra starch put in if possible.

Bought this for my husband for a Christmas gift. He loves it! He was especially glad to find that I could get the neck and sleeve length that he needs! Had to exchange the first one due to my error in ordering the right size. I am pleased to say that was done with NO hassle whatsoever.
