I ordered 8 of these UPF / UV shirts for my husband. I returned 2 from a different brand because they run a little smaller than these. I found the HUK brand which runs true to size. My husband wears a 3XL in all these types of shirts, they fit him loosely which he likes. He’s tall and weighs about 280, he’s broad through the shoulders if that helps. We will buy more.

Like a bunch of other reviews this shirt has a weird fit. I usually wear a med or large but NEVER a small and I fit well in the small size (42″ chest, 30″ waist, 150 lbs). One thing is that with the small, the arms a just a tad tighter at the elbow than I would like. I will have to see if this bothers me or not. Overall a great shirt, very breathable fabric, silky texture.

Just tested this shirt out on a 16hr fishing trip into the Gulf of Mexico. The heat index was around 112° F that day and this thing was a lifesaver. Paired with the Huk gaiter, the shirt kept me protected from the brutal sun while fishing and the wind on our trips back and forth from the coast. It’s comfortable to wear, doesn’t chafe and dries quickly when it becomes wet. The UV protection is excellent as I didn’t have any signs of a burn underneath it. Highly recommend this shirt to any avid fishermen out there.

Love these shirts for playing Pickleball (similar to tennis) as they protect form the UV of the sun and prevent sunburn. They are fairly good at wicking up the sweat, and fit great. Would recommend buying as this is my 5th Huk shirt.

These are great light weight shirts . If you have fair skin and can’t be in the sun all day this will change that . Light and breathable can fish all day no sun burn .

I recently wore this on the beach in Florida and it worked perfect. I usually have to bath my arms in sunscreen to keep from burning, but not this time. It was very hot outside, but I felt perfectly comfortable in this shirt. Huk is my go to brand.
