Looks awesome. I’ve made a few of these and they’re really Yoga Mom Like A Normal Mom Only Cooler Shirt one of my favorite desserts. I’ve made it with a variety of different squashes and pumpkins and there isn’t a huge difference if I’m honest. Once it’s roasted, pureed, and passed through a sieve it’s hard to tell what it is, and that’s before you add spices and sugar. I’ve never had the canned stuff so I can’t compare it with that. Some bigger tools (like Amazing Oriental) would have canned pumpkin and the sweetened condensed milk. And always worth a look if there’s an ex-pat store near you too. Very impressive. I’ve thought about making a homemade pumpkin pie myself, but I think I am still going to bake one vicariously through you! Really great job! I thought I was hardcore about roasting the pumpkin but even I didn’t go so far as to MAKE the sweetened condensed milk.

Yea this was the first time for me! It reminds me of Yoga Mom Like A Normal Mom Only Cooler Shirt a lot of treats that they sell in holland around the start of December with a lot of cinnamon in it. It was really really good! I think this is one of my new favorites next to cheesecake. That brings me back! I used to do that when I first came back from the US to the Netherlands. Roasting the pumpkin is quite a chore! (To make the process easier since u don’t have to handle the pumpkin). Also, I can just buy sweetened condensed milk in the supermarket, why did you choose to make your own? Zeit er went out!! Krijg er al zin in. Ik ben ook van plan pumpkin pie te de pumpkin spice (super) maar jammer er idd zo veel te is in Nederland.
