See I interpreted all of that as like an allusion to Funny Hot Mike Pence Fly T-Shirt Pence Harris Debate a legit eating disorder, and that they weren’t really playing it for laughs. Like she kept it hidden, never ate in front of people, and would typically only eat that stuff when stressed out. I thought it was cool they were portraying a character with an eating disorder that you don’t traditionally see on film. But maybe I was just projecting my own binge eating issues on her lol. The show Private Practice does a great job of this. IIRC she goes to therapy and develops better coping mechanisms.

I don’t know. They make a big deal in that show about Funny Hot Mike Pence Fly T-Shirt Pence Harris Debate ordering lunch each day, and she has a candy drawer in her office, and she eats so many cheese snacks that she gets a positive pregnancy test. She literally flips a table over mac n cheese. I get that her eating in that show is just for humor, but they can’t really get away with pretending that she just eats one big meal a day. She mentions this in her book actually, and she jokes that Liz Lemon actually has a condition where all the food she eats immediately falls out of her butt like a ghost and references a completely made-up episode. I’m glad she acknowledged it, even in just a funny way. I wish I could shotgun a whole pizza and look like Tina Fey.
