I come from a long line of pumpkin Vintage Judo Dad Like A Normal Dad Only Cooler Shirt spice haters. My mother, my grandparents, my 2 great grandmothers all do/did not like it. We have never put it pumpkin pies, etc. Every few years, so one tries to trick me and tell me a pumpkin pie doesn’t have pumpkin spice in it, so I take a bite, believing them, and it is gross. Those people I get mad at. Anyone else can enjoy their pumpkin spice all they want, they just won’t get it if I am baking pies…. I’ve never had pumpkin spice anything because I thought it was “pumpkin and spice flavored” not “flavored with the spices you put on the pumpkin”.Why the fuck name it that way? This whole time I thought people were drinking like lattes that tasted like pumpkin bread. Nah, I dislike pumpkin-flavored drinks. Or pumpkin flavored anything for that matter.

Different things. You can try to make fun of me while I’m walking around with my pumpkin spice frap cause it’s sO bAsIc and it’s nOt ReAl CoFfEe but I’m too high on joy and caffeine to care so you can suck my pumpkin spiced dick and balls and then wash it down with your sad “grown-up” coffee. Two Starbucks workers made fun of people ordering pumpkin spice lattes as they were making the first pumpkin spice latte I’d ever ordered. Now I really want to try some but sourcing it in Oz is probably not going to be easy…I’m about to buy a Pumpkin spice candle from Etsy. Are you telling me it tastes more like fall baking spices?
